Hi, I'm Jason.

A studied artist and archivist turned creative director, I work with both hands, balancing a penchant for aesthetics and a love for the written word.

My unconventional background as an archivist and encyclopedia writer lends a research-driven, sleuthhound approach to brand world-building.

I currently lead Red Antler’s creative advertising department as Group Creative Director, following a near-decade tenure at VaynerMedia.

In my fifteen years of experience, I’ve crafted global campaigns, always-on social ecosystems, editorial content strategies, corporate and growth-stage brand refreshes, and pre-launch brand creation.

Most notably, I’ve helmed work for Calvin Klein, Bonobos, American Eagle, Express, Speedo, Olay, and The Shed Arts Center at Hudson Yards. I’ve also worked with Fortune 500 companies such as Amazon, P&G, Mondelez, PepsiCo, Unilever, and more.

I’m a proud graduate of the M.F.A. Design + Technology program at Parsons The New School for Design, and the University of Virginia, where I studied Spanish, Arabic, and History.

In my personal time, I'm my own client. My personal body of writing and artwork engages issues of gender, persona, masculinity, desire, style, and identity.
